REALTOR®Because I was raised by a family that loved to buy and sell real estate and by parents who were self-proclaimed house flippers, I grew up with a huge appreciation for high-end homes and commercial properties.
After giving birth to my daughter in Vail during a massive blizzard, my own family life in the mountains began. Over the next few years, we purchased and remodeled two Breckenridge homes and my passion for real estate projects and design continued to evolve.
Over the course of 20 years of running successful businesses and developing properties, I learned the values of having an entrepreneurial spirit, commitment, and collaboration. Now, as a part of the Smits team, I really enjoy the "family" environment we've created within our office. We pool our talents and work as a team so that each client will benefit from our many years of experience.
A Summit County resident since 1995, we moved to the Vail Valley in 2016 and became a part of Eagle County where my daughter attends Vail Christian Academy. The number of amazing people we met in a short period of time was astounding! I am happy to say that I now call both Summit and Eagle counties home. I am lucky enough to work for the only real estate company where our entire team belongs to both the Summit and Vail MLS and travel back and forth daily, negotiating real estate transactions on both sides of Vail Pass!
